The Bread has a Story

If we stop and consciously think about the BREAD we can easily state that its value has been a driving force in shaping the human civilisation for thousands of years.  Since most early times this truly phenomenal food has been part of the human life. As a symbol of community and tradition it has played and certainly plays today one of the most remarkable roles in our society of the different cultures around the world.  Such importance doesn't  solely lie in the nutritional value as it is deeply  intertwined with our social and cultural lives.
